Though we have a robust Quality Control process of all our products in place, in case of any issue with the size or any manufacturing defect, please note our exchange & return polices as under

1. Size:  Any issue in the size to be raised within 48 hours of receipt of item. The item can only be exchanged in this case and customer will have to bear the return courier charges. In case of non-availability of required size, the item would be eligible for a cash refund after deducting the applicable return courier charges.
2. Manufacturing Defect: Any manufacturing issue to be raised within 48 hours of receipt of item. The item would be eligible for a cash refund after inspection in this case.
3. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
4. In case of an accepted return, items will be picked up through our courier partner.
5. Accessories and Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. No return, No exchange, No refund in case of dislikes. We display clear product images and give a clear description of material, hence, request to choose your Titrit dress wisely.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
